Join our 2-hour workshop in the pool under the Soquel Redwoods at the Land of Medicine Buddha.

• Focus on breath like you’ve never done before
• Use Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparati (SCUBA)
• Bring the gear you own and the rest will be provided

$20 early-bird registration, $30 drop-in fee

4-5pm  Get comfortable with the gear, your ears, and safety.

5-6pm  Underwater meditation, inversion practice.

Here are directions to the Land of Medicine Buddha.  Keep your eyes peeled for Prescott Road, it is a quick right and easy to miss.  Enjoy the sauna, shower and wonderful trails before or after class.
