Enjoy the best diving the Caribbean has to offer. The walls are filled with winding tunnels, which usually have huge elephant ear sponges and schools of silver glassy sweepers. We always see nurse sharks, eagle rays, huge moreys, and turtles. Don't forget the endemic Cozumel Catfish, with its brilliant colored fins and finger-biting aggressive behavior. We know where we to find sea horses, right from the hotel beach!

This land based package comes with unlimited shore diving, day or night. All meals are included at the hotel's veranda-style restaurant. Scuba Club Cozumel is our favorite resort on the island, with balconied rooms a white sand beach. One of the reasons we keep going back to Scuba Club Cozumel is that their dive boats are right there, so there's no transportation required. Simply walk down to the dock after enjoying the restaurant's juevos rancheros y jugo de pina!
Also offered is a side trip to the cenotes hidden in the dense jungle of the
Yucatan, where we go on a spectacular 50 minute fresh water cavern dive. Enjoy the nearby Mayan ruins of Tulum, perched high on top of limestone cliffs that spill down to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean below.

Things to do:
The central square comes alive on Sunday nights when the residents of Cozumel and their children (dressed in Sunday finery) congregate in the town square between 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Hang out in a hammock and sip a Pina Colada. Swim in the pool. Snorkel off the dock. Read a novel on your balcony. Get a tan on the beach. Walk into town for a drink at Carlos n Charlies or to shop near the town square. Our group also discovered a fun drift, we call it a taxi dive--you have to come to learn this secret.

Picture yourself snorkeling with the dolphins across the water's surface or diving to the sandy bottom enjoying their playful antics.
